Bongo Adverts has created this FAQ section to assist you in posting your classified postings. If you were unable to find the answer you are looking for, please feel free to contact us directly at info@bongoadverts.com

1. How much is this service?

• There is no cost to post your classified listing on Bongo Adverts. It’s free.

2. What’s the point in becoming a member if I can post a listing anyway?

• A Bongo Adverts member doesn’t have to activate each listing each they post.
• A Bongo Adverts member has access to their own area where they can manage, edit, and delete their listings.
• It’s still FREE !!!

3. How many listing can I post to Bongo Adverts?

• You can list as many listings are you want.

4. I didn’t receive an email from you to activate my listing.

• If you are using a free email account (like Hotmail and Yahoo), make sure you have not exceeded your mailbox storage limit, and check your bulk/junk/spam mail folder(s).
• Make sure you entered your email address correctly on the posting form - it only takes one typo!
• Some email providers and ISPs have implemented "spam filters" which we have found are often badly designed or misconfigured, sometimes resulting in Bongo Adverts emails being intercepted.
• Network problems between ISPs can delay email transmission, sometimes for many hours - consider stretching, getting some fresh air and checking back later.
• If all else fails, simply email us at info@ bongoadverts.com

5. How Can I Enhance my listing to attract more viewers?

• Be sure to write an interesting and appealing title for your listing. “Nice House” doesn’t say much about your property sale, but “4 Bedroom Villa with Pool” does.
• Use the description box to illustrate your listing as much as possible. Be clear about the item or service you’re listing.
• Attach a photo, resume, drawing or your listing. Listings with attachments are typically viewed more than those that aren’t.
• Be sure to select all the fields pertaining to your listing as this will help visitors who use the search functions to narrow down their search.

6. I have posted my listing several times but it still does not appear.

• A listing will not appear if its advertising a service in any category other than “Services”
• A listing will not appear if it contains offensive language.
• A listing will not appear if we think it might be against Classifieds UAE Online visitors.
• A listing will not appear if we cannot verify the posters email address.
